(A few of these posts were written by someone else. I cannot remember who played the character Kojii, Raven's brother but in the interest of finishing this rp at some point i'll either NPC him or look for a new player.)
Deep beneath the castle would be found series of solitary dungeons. Burrowing deep below any level of dungeons presently occupied by prisoners, one would find something forgotten over many centuries. Within this catacomb would be a large steel door. Blood, seemingly fresh, would line a sealing enchantment into shape upon the doors face. What could be behind this door and why such a powerful enchantment in order to conceal it away. If someone were to stumble upon this place it is not doubtful curiosity would run rampant.
Truthful tales once surged from the mouths of old wise folk ages ago. These tales would implicate the existence of a Ravenlock prince, belonging to the first lineage, that had been wrongfully locked away centuries before even their time. The tales had even long diminished as the Prince was forgotten all together. Deep within the castle's depths, unknown to many generations of Ravenlock bloodline, he would reside sleeping the years away. His rest would soon come to an end, his patience wearing thinner over time.
The long hall stretching from the sealed door would lead to a figure chained and bound to the brick wall at the end. Chains would rattle as this figure would shift and with random jerks. As if electricity would pulse through the body of this in-prisoned being. White locks of never growing mid length hair would fall over the face of this man. Eyelids jolting open as white orbs would glow within the darkness. His head would raise while leaning out from the stone wall, stretching the chains binding him. Realization of his restraints still remaining attached, the man would become infuriated.
Loud roars would ring out from this being, resembling that of a Skull Dragon when fiercely angered. Firmly built foundations would tremble as fault lines would break away on the surface above. The night sky would turn a blood red as if it were the night of the harvest, though it would be found to early in the year for this night to occur. The quaking would cease moments later as more roars would ring out. Being heard throughout the lands for all to realize, the beast has woke up. Once forgotten as he silently and patiently waited for his rightful judgment, his patience has worn thin. The time has come for him to take vengeance, not knowing how many ages has already passed. Still bound and chained, Kojii would struggle against the sealed chains. Try as he might they would not break, over the years his powers has died out a bit. Though still enough remained in him to create a large enough disturbance for all to notice, miles in every direction.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stopping dead in her tracks Raven turned her head to one side listening to the roars of something hidden deep within the castle. Immediately she headed in the direction of the dungeons but she knew it wouldn't have been something that had been kept with the rest of the prisoners, this had to have been in solitude, deeper. It wasn't long before she had bypassed the main dungeons and headed for the door to the solitary dungeons even deeper within the castle. As she continued on down corridors carefully picking her way through the rubble that had come down over the years. It wasn't long before she came to a single door buried deep within the castle. There was a glowing sigil upon the face of the door. Whatever had been imprisoned here was as old as she was and that piqued her own curiosity.
There was a handprint in the center of the glowing runes of the sigil and she placed her hand upon it. The magick that held this door sealed shut was strong but it was much weaker than the magick that Lady Raven possessed. With a smirk she turned the sigil and as it turned the glow of the runes dimmed before they were snuffed out and the door itself swung inward. There was no light inside but the being within although she sensed was very familiar to her, was still roaring and struggling against its bonds. She stepped inside letting and air of arrogance settle about her before she slowly proceeded forward. She let one of her hands run alongside the wall when it passed across a torches handle. She pulled it out of its place in the wall and snapping her fingers just above it and quietly speaking the single word "Ignite." The torch flamed to life and she held it forward and continued on down the corridor to the innermost part of the cell where undoubtedly she would find whatever it was that had been imprisoned here for so long.
She mused on the reason why she thought no one had discovered him yet. The deepest part of the dungeons was made to hold more powerful beings. She put many of the enchantments down here in place and over time without her constant presence the magick faded and she was surprised that the magick on this door, although it was not hers, had sustained itself for so long. She figured that the only reason anyone hadn't found him as of yet was because of how hard it had even been for her to find her way down here imagine anyone else trying. They had probably given up long before they had even come close enough to this being's cell. She could feel how close she was getting to whatever thrashed against its bonds up ahead and taking a deep breath she stepped into the main chamber of the room.
Upon seeing who had been imprisoned down here she almost dropped the torch but immediately set to unchaining him. "Kojii? How on earth did you get down here? How long have you been down here?" Obviously something had happened in the past not long after she had disappeared, when in fact she hadn't really disappeared she simply ascended to a higher state of being. She would catch him if he would fall from his bonds once she released him from them. Anger boiled in the pit of her stomach, but she knew it was useless. Even though she could go back and change this it would change the future they have now and she wouldn't risk that. Once they had made it up into the main dungeons she called to one of the guards. She had ordered a bath to be drawn for her brother as well as fresh clothes set out and quarters to be made up for him to stay in. The guard tried to protest but when she knocked him to the floor with one very small insignificant movement of her hand he scurried to his feet and hurried off to do her bidding.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Slender hands would swiftly move to undo his bindings. Once freed his body would fall limp into her arms. Her words would echo in his mind, pulsing in and out, as consciousness faded. His struggle took more from his being than expected, though it had served its purpose. Many years of solitude has raped his power leaving him vulnerable. Soon enough though his strength would return to him, making Kojii his old self. Finally after six centuries of being kept bound, Kojii would be free.
As they had made it to the upper levels of the dungeons he would come to but fade in and out some. Catching faint incoherent murmurs of his sister barking orders to a worthless guard. He scampered off following orders as he was instructed, silly simple minded beings. Kojii would murmur something but couldn't sound off understandable words. Fading back into silence now he would rest until later when placed into the bath.
The guard would return informing Lady Raven that her orders had been completed. Also he had not come alone. Three other men followed, one carrying that of a gurney ( or stretcher). The men would take Kojii from her as carefully as they possibly could. Placing him now on the stretcher The four would hurry him to the prepared station of his newly found residence of where he once reigned, prince. Though this title was taken from him, it would never proceed his absolution.
Now within the main halls of the castle, the four men would carry him to his bath. Two of the men would hoist him slowly into the bath where his silent body would slump back and soak in the minerals within the water. Sure thing that his sister would not have left his side through the duration. Hot steam rising up would create moisture upon his brow. Droplets of water would run down his face tickling his skin slightly. Eyelids creeping open as his head would roll slowly to an upright position. White eyes taking in everything around inside a blurred tunnel like view. Looking around now the face of Lady Raven came into view. A smile would grow on his features like he had never shown before. " S...sister?" His tone making it clear that he is obviously thinking this is but another waning dream.
----------------------------------------------------------------
It was when they had finally gotten him to his bath that one of the surgeons finally found their way down to the bath house. Frowning Raven explained to him briefly what this man had suffered from and informed him that he was to tend to any wounds that her brother might have. Doing as he was bid the surgeon knelt down next to the bath behind her brother and began to do his work. Her brother had finally woken and had recognized who she was and that gave her hope because obviously he hadn't been down there long enough to lose his mind. That was a good sign."I'm here Kojii, don't worry. You're safe now." It had been so long since she had seen him and she still was furious as to the reason why he had been caged down there for all these centuries.
She would wait until his strength had returned before she would begin to ask him about what happened so long ago after she had disappeared because she ahd ascended. She couldn't believe that anyone had the power to do this and it must have taken a great collective effort in order to imprison Kojii like that. Only someone of Ravenlock descent could have had the power to single handedly imprison him so she knew that whoever had done this must have had a large amount of help. She couldn't help being angry afterall he was her very own brother, flesh and blood and bone. They had both been born to a small little fishing village and they fashioned it into the kingdom it had been before Akara had, had to rebuild it all. Raven had always known that her family would be destined for greatness but she hadn't known just how much so.
Dismissing the guards the only people that remained inside the bathing house was her, the surgeon and her brother. She didn't want to overwhelm him so soon after waking. That was the only logical reason for how diminished his powers were and how weak he was. He must have slept away the centuries and had finally woke up and finding that he was still imprisoned through himself into a rage which only made him even weaker for the time being. She would take care of him until he was restored to his full strength. Hopefully soon enough he'll be rested enough for her to find out what happened so long ago. In the meantime she was going to the historians of the Empire to try and see if there was any record of what happened to her brother. Not wanting to leave her brothers side she simply went to the door and asking the guard outside it to go and fetch the information, if there was any, for her. That way she would be able to remain at her brother's side should he wake into full consiousness.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Once nodding back into a light slumber, Kojii would envision the family he knew ages ago. His common sense would allow him to know that more than a few centuries have gone by. In knowing this it is only fact that many he once knew have died away in battle or by some other chance of fate. The surgeon would prepare for the treating as Kojii lay limber in the hot bath. Eight holes lined his back where hooks would hold chains secure to his body. These holes would set with four on either side of his spine as two more on the back of his arms. Among his wrists would be left indentions worn raw from the tight wrapping of the chains. Carved in his chest would be the seal which finally kept him in place against his will. To the surgeons surprise the wounds would start to heal, materializing back to the skins normal state, before his eyes. Due to Kojii's lineage this should not surprise that of his sister.
Hours later after the surgeon had left the room, no longer needing to assist, Kojii's head would roll over to the side to face Raven. His eyes would open now showing the pure white of his orbs. At the sight of him it would seem he had been struck blind from birth, low he could see just fine. In fact his vision would be greater than that of the dragons of the council. Taking in the sight of his sister, her words from earlier would ring loud now as if she just spoke them. " It is you, dear sister, who is safe now." A sarcastic smirk would cross his lips as white strands fall into view of his eyes. His tone would hold the same elegance as it did the last they spoke. Nothing has seemingly changed with him over the long years. This would prove true to a point, though much was learned from this experience making him wiser of whom he trusts. For now the only he will trust will be that of his sister, the one who sought him out and freed him.
Now being only him and her remaining within the bathing house, Kojii would stand and move himself from the bath. Feeling much refreshment within Kojii would then move over to the clothing set out for him to wear. A long and wide piece of fabric would be draped over a wooden chair. Taking the towel in hand Kojii will now dry his body before slipping into the clothes. Once dressed in black pants and a black shirt, missing the sleeves, Kojii would turn to face his sister with a warmness about him. " Atar is the one who encaged me down there so many years ago." silence would fall now to his lips as his bare feet would move him closer to Raven. " tell me. Is he alive?" Hatred and darkness would mask his voice as his white eyes darkened into a gray.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Raven found it odd that he would tell her that she was safe. Afterall, she was the Goddess here he was still technically more mortal than she was. She didn't know how else to tell him that Atar had been dead for centuries but she had to tell him. "Kojii, Atar has been dead for centuries. I am no longer in power here, nor ar you. Our time has passed for that and now Akara has turned our once small kingdom that we had built into an Empire. It is time to find a new purpose." Smiling she led him from the room and decided she would give him a tour of the castle. Showing him the various quarters for the servants, the barracks, the royal family's chambers, the great hall, the courtyard and the gardens. They continued on through the castle and Raven was prepared to answer any questions that he might have for her or at least try to answer them as best as she could. She didn't know too much of what had happened but she did know briefly of what had happened between that time and now. The last records in the historians library only went as far back as Vivianne Kojii's daughter. Anything before that was a mystery one she was hoping that Kojii himself would be able to give her some insight on.
He must have known the reason for his imprisonment, because someone that had been able to get enough people to cooperate with him would ahve wanted to boast about it at least. It was human nature and obviously it was a human that had wanted it done otherwise he wouldn't have had to muster up so much force to pull it off. He must have been the only pur eblooded Ravenlock left at that time because if there were enough people, and there had obviously been enough people, then he would have been overwhelmed. But if there had been any other Ravenlock left with him to stand up to them, they would have been destroyed. She wondered where the rest of the old line had gone. Run off scared maybe? Or maybe they had never been able to control their powers without proper direction and went mad from them. Either way they couldn't change the past, or rather she wouldn't change the past even though if she tried she might be able to. She was glad to have found that Vivianne had ruled, obviously she had taken back the kingdom and crushed whoever it was that had ever opposed their family. At the same time she was also sad knowing that it had only lasted two generations before the kingdom was turned to rubble and Akara had the taste of blood on her hands for the first time at only the age of 5. Something had gone strangely wrong somewhere in there and she thought that maybe she would need to speak with Akara on what happened when the kingdom was annhialated and how she and her sister's survived.
-------------------------------------------------------
The hatred that had surged and made itself present would diminish just the same. Now hearing of the mans death, he simply nodded in compliance and understanding as his eyes would shift back to normal. Giving a soft and warming smile to his sister before turning along with her. His feet would carry him alongside Raven down the first corridor from the bath house. " A new purpose?" his soft words would escape faintly in a whisper. " Akara, you say?" His curiosity would flow along with his words. Silently now Kojii would follow his sister along the way through a tour of the castle. Keeping noted, engraved in mind, of the layout brought into view as they both would stroll along. The courtyard would be a setting that kept his mind at bay with wonder. Servants quarters leading to more barracks, royal chambers leading into the Great Hall. This too would stand to be a magnificent sight in his eyes. " My, the girl has done well with our lands." His humor would show mildly through his tone.
Along the way Kojii would rem-anise of the days long ago, which seemed like but only yesterday to his mind. Kojii knew better than all that since it would be evident he had been en-tombed for ages. Though as ages went by he remained in slumber, less he had something else to do while chained and sealed away from sight and mind. Seeing portraits leading back to his daughter Vivianne, whom he did not recognize as her for she was painted as an adult. Neither of the pictures had titles nor names to mark them or allow one to refresh or learn about who they were. " Her there.. who is that? The first recorded ruler yet she did not rule while I had been free before." His shifting eyes would study all the others leading up to the present ruler, Akara. Turning swiftly now to his sister after recalling the reason of her leaving. " You are a goddess now, aren't you dear sister?"
In fact he knew she was a goddess, leaving his question to hang out there blindly. Knowing this he soon would remember of why he was in-prisoned. Being the heir to the throne and his father recently being killed in battle. Many of his kind had died off leaving him the last pure blooded Ravenlock within his village. The humans and halfbreeds, easily corrupted by taunts and false hopes, would turn on him so to greedily take the land for their own. Once he had fought until fully overwhelmed and unconscious, Kojii was taken and placed within his solitary prison. The dark mage Atar would seal him away and bind him in place. Casting spells to hold the chains strength a thousand fold, Atar would make sure Kojii couldn't escape. Wiping his hand across Kojii's chest an ancient, even for that time frame, binding spell would form in blood. The language of this spell would be of Atar's own family heritage, noting he was not of Ravenlock blood, of Elven magic.
Kojii would have woke on the following day to find himself bound and chained to the wall, unable to break free. Furiated he would thrash about in a wicked rage. His powers had been blocked away by the incantation, leaving only his massively inhuman strength. This aswell as his powers proved useless against the spells. After thrashing about in a bloodlusting drunken rage for over a year, Kojii would finally give up and accept the fact of his fate from this day forth. Though his body would lay to rest and slumber, the beast inside him still thrived but only patiently waited. Kojii would continue to rest, leading up to this day.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Raven smiled at her brother. "Indeed she has, it only took her a couple hundred years and she started rebuilding from the rubble of the old kingdom at the tender age of 5. This girl was destined for greatness." She moved over to the painting that he was speaking of and giggle slightly. After gaining control over the giggling that had consumed her for a moment she answered his question. "That's your daughter Vivianne. She did see her chance to rule and she led a very full life as far as I am aware. Obviously she must have been the one that took the kingdom back so long ago after your imprisonment. She must not have known that you were imprisoned and that was why she never freed you herself." Her brother was a curious one that was for sure. She couldn't blame him though she would be just as curious as he was if she was in his place instead. "Yes I am brother, that was why I disappeared so long ago and wasn't there to free you sooner. I ascended." Raven was able to see the fleeting memories that Kojii had, because of the bond as brother and sister that they had. The images saddened her that their village could have turned on them like that but it wasn't something she could change. So instead they learned from it and would move on as the kingdom had already done.
Raven knew that she never should have trusted that filth that was Atar. He was an elf and despite how noble some bloodlines of the elves were his was a foul lineage and she never should have allowed him to gain a foothold within Ravenlock. She was surprised to have learned that Atar had been able to conjur magick so powerful that it was able to overwhelm and bind her brother. That never should have happened but in any case Raven would make sure that any of his descendants were erased from this world. She would not allow them to foul any place with their presence. At least that would give her something to busy herself with until Akara was ready to move closer toward ascending. Still she would listen intently to her brother and make note of any and all information that he would give her about what had transpired so long ago. Still she couldn't understand how Vivianne had not sensed him down there so long ago. It would seem that without the first of the line to show the others how to fully understand and use their powers that the bloodlines had been diluted over the years. She knew that Kojii's daughter was a strong and capable girl but apparently she wasn't smart enough to figure out her own true potential.
Thinking on that she was going to finish restoring the grounds to her temple and the rest of the buildings that had been buried around there. The temple was her home, and the other buildings were various places where they would teach in the ancient ways of magick. It was clear that Raven was going to have to ressurect the old ways and show her descendants what they were truely capable of. She would show them such magick that was much stronger than anything they were familiar working with. The true potential of their innate magicks.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The memories would cease as reality as it was now would come back into play. The words of his sister rang loudly in his mind though she spoke normally to him. Hearing now of the woman being his daughter, whom at the time of his imprisonment was only a year old. A slight sigh would escape his lips. " Vivianne" Her name escaping his voice as it crackled into a whisper. Lowering his head he would turn it from side to side. " I'm sorry I was not there for you" He sullenly thought in his mind. Though as hard as he might try to block his thoughts from anyone his sister could listen upon will just as he could listen to hers.
Turning now, Kojii would backtrack through the great hall. Passing the barracks and servants quarters, he would now find the courtyard that they had passed before. Moving down into the courtyard now, Kojii would find himself wandering about trying to catch up with the times and allow everything to sink in. Right now would be the best time for him to be alone, but only for a while. Enough time to give him solitude and bearing to accept the change, also for his sister to prepare for anything she had in mind.
-----------------------------------------------------
Raven would let her brother wander off by himself seeing that he needed some time to process all of the new information that had been given to him today. While he had gone to be alone Raven went in search of Akara. She needed to inform Akara of what had transpired today, of Kojii awakening and finding out all of that information from him about what had happened. Akara agreed that any and all survivors of Atar's lineage should be hunted down and massacred. She wasn't about to let any enemy of Ravenlock live. Afterall Kojii was also family to Akara as well and it was her job as Empress to protect her family and her empire. They spoke quietly for a few more minutes before Akara had other business to attend to. She was a busy woman running the entire empire by herself. Raven wondered why there was no consort to Akara but She left the subject alone, she thought about possibly sending for suitors from across the lands and allies of Ravenlock. Possibly holding some sort of royal function in order to possibly see if she might be able to find someone equal to Akara that would be a great addition to the empire.
Hours had passed before she went to find Kojii again. She stars were gleaming brightly above as she entered the courtyard. Raven said nothing but instead moved over to the fountain in the center of the garden and sat down on a bench near it. She would make herself available for her brother to speak to if he wanted. If not she would remain there silently showing him her support. To her, her brother was her twin soul. It was about balance and that's what they did for eachother. They kept things in balance for eachother. Ravenlock's were known for their family loyalties and this was no different.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As the night sky would cross over Kojii would gaze upwards. All the while his body pressed against the west wall, arms crossed, silent and still. White hair fell back away from his face, showing his features from a side view to his sister as she approached. White eyes would start to gain a light blue tint, taking in coloration of the full moon. Raven would set near the fountain at the time his sight would catch her form from the corner, though he had sensed her from where she roamed about searching through the castle. Though his mind had been boggled Kojii could concentrate on numerous things at once. Thus making his skill in alchemy almost perfect.
Kojii wouldn't expect her to speak first, out of respect. His head would simply turn and his eyes would once again gaze upwards at the moon. While in though his eyes would take on that light blue tint, as they are now. While gazing out, questions would surface. Questions that could not be answered by experience like it should have been, but by only the simplicity of words. " whats to eat around here?" His sarcasm would flow with his humor towards her to break the silence. Still against the wall with his arms crossed, Kojii would smile playfully at Raven. Breaking the gaze momentarily he would shove his body from the wall. Still bare feet would flawlessly guide Kojii towards the fountain, hands crossed behind his back, perfect posture, head head pridefully high. The smile still remained, humor would stand as the intended appearance yet the closer he got to his sister the more wicked his smile seemed to be. " I've not eaten for a very long time sister." His soft natural tone would grace her ears, not masked by humor or sarcasm.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
She smiled at her brother and then motioned for him to follow. She led him through th ecastle and into the great hall where dinner would be served shortly. "I don't know what they'll be serving tonight but you should eat your fill." She had other things to take care of as well and she knew that her brother was mroe than capable of taking care of himself. First she would need to to go and search the rest of the dungeons where she had found her brother. If he had been trapped down there who knew what else or who else could have been trapped down there or for how long they had been trapped. Afterall there seemed to be much around the castle that they didn't know, and Akara may not have even found out. Then again when someone takes over another's castle there are always going to be things they weren't aware of when they had taken it. Such as the dungeons that were almost destroyed and her brother along with them.
Atar must have imprisoned several others if he couldn't have his own way. At least that seemed to be the pattern after she had seen what had been done to her brother. There were so many magickal objects around the castle that she had yet to identify. She knew that Akara couldn't have possibly known just what some of these magickal objects were because they were ancient. At least they had come from a time before Akara and her sisters and therefore the purpose for them must have been rooted in something deeper. Maybe that would be her new purpose here, at least until Akara ascended and she would definately need her help through that process. It's a dangerous and sometimes deadly process and Raven was going to make sure that she would make it through it safely.
--------------------------------------------------------
Kojii would follow Raven as she spoke of the prepared meals. Kojii would nod to her words while strolling beside her. Along the way he recalled earlier steps through this part of the castle. Pridefull as allways Kojii would walk the way a prince should. Though he would truly be about 925 years old, Kojii looks as if he hasnt aged a day of 25. His former elegance and flawlessness would be ever present with him. Moving into the Great Hall Kojii would take a seat and wait at the table to be served with food.
After his sister had gone and the food brought out to him, Kojii would eat more than enough food it would take to feed his family for four nights. Mostly he would eat meats, ordering them quite rare but a little brown on top and bottom. The other things such as vegetables, fruits and such would be used as a side dish. After finishing eating Kojii would venture out to the training grounds for the new gaurds comming into the ranks. Standing there silently under the stone canopy that extended out to be held by rather large marble pillars. Leaning against a pillar now, upon his left shoulder, Kojii would cross his arms and simply watch with amusement at their techniques. Good intent but far less effective than the old ways. Kojii would amuse himself with this for a bit longer, probably until his sister returns or he is asked to move along.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Raven had already begun to make her way down toward the dungeons once more leaving her brother and Delrun whom she did not know in the dining hall. She picked her way carefully through rubble until she was certain that she had made her way all the way down to the bottom most dungeon. The door was halfway off of it's hinges due to collapses here and there and she pushed it out of her way and watched as the last little bit of rusty hinge that held it in place crumbled and the door fell to the ground. She carefully stepped over it entering the cell she saw a unlit torch sitting in its place upon the wall. Snapping her fingers over it the torch flared to life and she pulled it out of its holder. Upon descending into the bottom of the cell where there was another door she entered it only to see a large set of bones and chains that had been half torn off the wall.
The remains were odd to her. Why would anyone imprison a dragon? She knew it hadn't been Akara and then another thought came to mind. 'Had Atar done this as well?' she thought to herself. She wasn't exactly sure if it was him but now that she had done a little more exploring in the dungeons she was certain that there were areas in need of repair so that she might be able to find out just what really did go on down here. The bottom of the dungeon's was hard enough to get to because the door was hidden so it was understandable that no one had been found down there and most had died. She was just lucky that she had been able to find her brother, alive. He seemed to be adjusting well to not being a prisoner in his own home land and she was glad to see it but there was a greater purpose Atar was working towards and there were reasons that such powerful beings had been locked away. She was going to find out to make sure that it did not pose a threat to her family, or Akara's empire.
------------------------------------------------------------
Growing bored of watching the men train the same ruetine actions over and over, Kojii moves along now towards the west tower. The layout of the castle proves to be most impressive while he strolls along through the corridors Once reaching the base of his target, Kojii enters through a large steel door, revealing a spiral staircase leading to the top of this tower. Untiring stamina would prove beneficial as more ground became covered.
No true intent drove Kojii in this direction just the simple prodding of curiosity. Bare feet pat lightly against the stone steps with a stride to cover three steps at a time. Nearing the top a flat comes into plain view, baring a large steel door of its own accord. This door seemed different as the others looked rusted and worn, this one looks as new as one would after their final mold. The space left between Kojii and the door would be covered with just a few short strides. Moving his right hand now to grip that of the handle, Kojii slides open the door.
Within the room would be found that of a bedroom, unused for many generations, which seemed forgotten along with himself. Seeing the right of claiming this area as his own, Kojii flops onto the bed to rest his eyes and ease his mind from all that he has endured this day. Feather stuffed throw blanket found on the bed puffed up and shaped to his body when he flopped down on it. The mattress seems as if it aswell has been form like a giant feather stuffed pad, large enough for about six people to sleep on comfortably. The shutting of his eyelids would enclose the white glow from his eyes, but not leaving him oblivious as to what is happening around him.
